Deadwest

First Appearance: “Deadwest Screams at Deadgirl

Drink of choice: Unleaded Gasoline

Favorite treat: Peanut M&M’s

Catchphrase: “Howdy there, scream freaks!”
“But What do I know? I like killer tomato movies.”

Fighting for infamy and riches when he was alive, Deadwest’s outlaw lifestyle was cut short in a hail of gunfire. Thanks to radioactive tractor beams from bovine thieving U.F.Os, Deadwest was resurrected from his ditch grave and continues his quest for infamy and fortune while wandering the interdimensional Crosslands.

During his travels, he partners up with Billy, a runaway beast of the apocalypse, and they find the Howl-Inn Grub and Spirits where Deadwest finds inspiration for how to finally achieve his dreams for worldwide recognition. He will make the scariest movie of all time and become a celebrated horror icon! Seeing how many monsters have failed at this same attempt, Deadwest studies any and all horror/sci-fi movies he can get his hands on to learn what combination of filmmaking ingredients make for an A-grade soup of a scary film. Until he learns the perfect recipe for success, Deadwest has many adventures at the Howl-Inn, making new friends and enemies with each review.

Deadwest loves to fight and jumps into reckless situations all the time without thinking first. This rubs most individuals the wrong way, but those who accept his openly direct attitude become close confidants Deadwest is utterly loyal too. He’s dangerously ruthless, however, when it comes to crooked characters who cross him the wrong way.

Deadwest’s weapon of choice is a laser pistol he stole from the same aliens who accidentally resurrected him. He’s quick to draw any moment someone annoys him, firing an onslaught of red hot lasers. His second favorite weapon is his sawed off double barrel shotgun, Kingdom Come, with notches carved into the handle for each kill. Living in his rib cage is Tequila Worm, an intoxicated fiesta loving worm who Deadwest can’t seem to get rid of. In tight spots, Deadwest extracts Tequila Worm from his ribs to use as a living lasso. When not at the Howl-Inn, Deadwest can often be seen cruising the Crosslands on his living motorcycle, Road Rash.

Deadwest’s girlfriend is Mandy, an invisible ghost, who he is whole heartily enthralled with him. They both share the same off color humor and stubbornness that often leads them to butting heads at times which Deadwest is quick to resolve with an apology and sugar pumpkins.
